: 回弹的计算是板料成型数值模拟中的 一个极具挑战性课题本文探讨了回弹
的 生机理, 并运用仿真计算的方法, 系统地研究了弯曲曲率半径摩擦系数拉延筋压边
力板料厚度和材料性能等因素对冲压件回弹的影响. 仿真计算结果表明: 压边力对回弹的
抑制效果最为明显, 其次拉延筋对回弹也有很大的影响通过对这些因素影响回弹效果的
比较, 对于生 中制定合理的冲压工艺方案, 控制和减少冲压件的回弹提高 品的尺寸精
度有重要指导意义和实用价值.

Analysis of Fa tors Infe ting Sheets Springba k Based on CAE

Abstract:T he al ulation of springba k is a very hallenging proje t in omputer simulation of sheet form-
ing , the me hanism of springba k was dis ussed. Based on omputer simulation, the fa tors infe ting sheets
springba k w ere analyzed, these fa tors in lude bending radius, fri tion oeffi ient, draw bead for e fa tor,
binder for e, sheet thi kness and materials. Their effe ts on springba k w ere ompared syntheti ally. The simu-
lation effe ts indi ate that binder for e has the most obvious infe tion w ith springba k, the next is draw bead. It
is signifi ant and of great value in pra ti e to make forming te hniques, redu e springba k, and improve partsa-
ura y .
