MUTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-CIRCUMVENTION AGREEMENT 保密协议 In connection with discussions between us relating to a potential business or financing transaction (the “Transaction”), we are mutually furnishing each other with certain information that may be used with the Transaction.
