创伤与急诊电子杂志 2016年7月第4卷 第3期 Journal of Trauma and Emergency (Electronic Version)，Jul 2016，vol.4，No.3 141 临床研究 玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重眼外伤的 临床分析 鹿文瑞，严端，吴文捷，李青（福建省立医院 眼科，福州 350001） [ 摘要 ] 目的 探讨璃体切除联合手术治疗成人严重眼外伤的手术时机、临床疗效。方 法 收集 2012 年 7 月至 2016 年 3 月因严重眼外伤就诊于本院并由同一手术医师行玻璃体 切除联合治疗的成人患者 52 例 52 眼的临床资料，分析患者行玻璃体手术的时间、术后视 力改善情况。结果 52 例严重眼外伤患者，视力提高者 42 例，视力不变者 8 例，视力下降 者 2 例，患者手术后视力显著高于术前，差别有统计学意义 (P 0.01), 术后功能痊愈者 37 例 （71% ），解剖痊愈者 13 例（25% ），未愈者2 例（4% ）。结论 玻璃体切除联合手术治疗严重 眼外伤效果显著，手术时机应根据患者病情谨慎选择，以达到最好疗效。 [ 关键词 ] 玻璃体切除术；联合手术；眼外伤；异物 DOI:10.16746/ki.11-9332/r.2016.01.035 Clinical analysis of vitrectomy combined surgical treatment for 52 cases of severe ocular trauma LU Wen-rui,YAN Duan WU Wen-jie,LI Qing(Department of Ophthalmology, Fujian , Provincial Hospital, Fuzhou 350001, China) [Abstract]Objective To investigate the optimal moment for vitrectomy combined surgical treatment for adults and clinical curative effect of severe ocular trauma surgery.Method Fifty- two cases (52 eyes) of adults with severe ocular trauma treated with vitrectomy combined treatment by the same surgeon from July, 2012 to March,2016 were collected, and the surgery time as well as the clinical efficacy were analyzed.Result Of the 52 cases,postoperative visual acuity improved in 42 cases,8 cases remained the same vision and 2 cases suffered vision loss. The postoperative vision of patients improved significantly. The difference between preoperative and postoperative groups was statistically significant (P0.05). Among 52 cases of severe ocular trauma,37 cases (71%) were functionally cured, 13 cases (25%) were anatomically cured, but 2 cases (4%) did not improve.Conclusion The clinical effect of vitrectomy combined surgical treatment for severe ocular trauma is significant.
