The representative co ponents, the ther odyna ic ethod and the calculating odule for each unit were selected based on the analysis of the industrial syste and process. A self-developed odulewas established to predict the liquid-liquid equilibriu and ass balance in the extractor based on experi ental liquid-liquid equilibriu correlation. The approach for i proving the convergencewas proposed. The results show that the calculating results are consistent w ith actual operating data, and the ain proble s of the process are the low efficiency of the sourwater stripper and the extractor. The si ulation ethod is pro ising for providing reference for the design, renovation and opti ization of coa-lgasification wastewater treat ent.
