我国体育教师职前、职后教育的问题与出路 　　摘 要：对我国当前体育教师职前教育、职后教育现状进行研究，研究认为体育教师职前教育问题表现为培养目标与岗位要求脱节、课程设置不合理导致培养结果的同质化、教材内容陈旧与课时分配不合理、“运动技术中心论”导致的教学碎片化、教育实习不力导致体育教师执教能力弱等问题；而体育教师职后教育问题主要集中在，对教师培训的管理不力和行政化干预过重两个极端现象。此外，培训目标不明确、定位不准，培训课程设置不合理也常见。研究通过上述问题分析，展望了体育教师教育未来发展 关 键 词：学校体育；教师教育；体育教师；职前教育；职后教育；中国 中图分类号：G80-05 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1006-7116（2016）05-0105-05 Abstract： The authors studied the current situation of physical education teacher pre-service and post-service edu-cation in China， and put forward the following opinions： problems in physical education teacher pre-service education were as follows： cultivation objectives deviated from post requirements； the irrationality of curriculum setup caused the homogeneity of cultivation results； textbook contents were obsolete， while class hours allocation was irrational； the “sports technology centered theory” caused teaching fragmentization； inadequate education practice caused students low ability to teach， etc.； while problems in physical education teacher post-service education mainly showed in such two extreme signs as inadequate teacher training management and too much administrative intervention. In addition， indefinite cultivation objectives， inaccurate orientation， and irrational training curriculum setup， were also seen at training centers. By analyzing the said problems， the authors expected the future development of physical education teacher education. Key words： school physical education；teacher education；physical education teacher；pre-service education；post-service education；China 随着教师专业标准的出台，体育教师专业化发展已成必然趋势。教师教育则是实现教师专业化发展的主要手段，体育教师亦然。体育教师教育是促进体育教师专业化发展的关键，也是中国学校体育改革的起点。近些年，学者对我国体育教师教育进行了理论研究和实践探索，但相对于理论研究的繁荣，我国体育教师教育尤其是职后教育还存在诸多问题。通过查阅文献资料、走访美国部分高校体育院系，以及调查参与我国“省培”、“国培”的300多名体育教师，并对其中近60名一线体育教师进行开放式访谈，了解我国体育教师职前、职后教育实践中存在的问题，思考其未来发展取向，以加快体育教师教育改革，促进体育教师专业化发展 我国有关体育教师教育的研究主要集中在体育教师教育的制度、内容、课程设置等方面。对于体育教师职后教育的理论研究和实践探索，开始于20世纪80年代[1]，随着社会的发展、教育事业的勃兴，社会对体育教师的要求也越来越高，体育教师的继续教育逐步受到重视并成为必需。体育教师教育在教育体制、教育政策、课程内容、教育质量、教材
