SHANDONGＵＮＩＶＥＲＳＩＴＹ　ＯＦ　ＴＥＣＨＮＯＬＯＧＹ 毕业论文 搬运机械手的设计 学 院： 农业工程与食品科学 专 业： 农业机械化及其自动化 学生姓名： 徐强 学 号： 0911034126 指导教师： 夏连明 2013年 6 月 摘要 在当代社会,科学技术日新月异，工业生产的机械化和智能化水平越来越高。机械手的诞生和发展极大地促进了社会生产力的进步，促进了人类社会的发展。而人类社会的进步和发展又进一步推动了机械手在生产和生活中的运用。当代社会,机械手的应用越来越广泛,在生活中和生产中的影响越来越大。工人劳动由机械手代替,这极大地解放了生产力,也极大地解放了一线工人。随着技术的进步和成熟,当代工业机械手更好地融入了液压电气等技术。随着科学技术的不断提高,工人对工作环境提出更高的要求，机械手更多的应用于生产。特别在恶劣环境下的生产和重复的机械式生产方面，机械手应用广泛。机械手的应用和发展极大地提高了生产效率和一线工人的工作环境质量。在本课题中,根据任务书的要求,做一个工业搬运机械手。我选用了液压驱动,并用液压进行控制。因为此种方法在技术上较为成熟，并且在工业领域液压应用极为广泛。它有技术成熟,效率高,占地面积小等等的优势。在全文中,对机械手的设计计算特别是液压元件的计算和选用作了较大篇幅的介绍。也大幅面的介绍了根据本课题的要求所设计的机械手的机械部分和液压部分，最后还对接械手的发展做了一些探讨。 关键字：搬运机械手，液压驱动，液压控制Abstract In contemporary society, science and technology, industrial production, mechanization level of intelligence is getting higher and higher.
