20 ways to keep your mind productive
Do you feel more and more difficult to concentrate, or do you have a hard time? I hope you do not accept the idea that the mental acuity of the age is bound to diminish.
Many things can lead to a decline in the productivity of the mind, and I like to call one of the main factors use it or lose it syndrome.
1) read a good book. Reading books inspires imagination. When you read, your brain doesnt constantly reflect the picture. Reading makes your mind work. I like to keep books with me. I always have a book that sometimes even three to four books! I borrowed most of the books from the library, so I didnt have to pay for every book. It also allowed me to read all kinds of books without risk.
2) practice meditation. Dont worry, Im not here to leave the deepest end of the new age. There are many ways to meditate. For me, the simplest form of meditation is to spend a little time alone to relax and focus. Its amazing therapy.
3) learn how to manage your money. Finance is a science, the heart to do some investment, find a good financial management software, beginners can try imitate is Fried virtual investment, such as games, such as /go-vstock.html online trading game and community. Manage your money wisely and be your own financial expert.
4) get plenty of rest. Lack of sleep can affect your ability to absorb new information. This means that the all-nighters in college are much less efficient than you might think. Your brain needs rest and work at its best. This may be why things are always clearer after a good nights sleep.
5) exercise regularly. Dont you want to get off the treadmill in a minute? Cardiovascular exercise improves brain function by improving blood flow to the brain. A study has found that physical exercise actually helps increase the size of the brain. So if you want a bigger, better brain, go exercise!
6) have a good breakfast. This is not unrealistic. Having a good breakfast does make you a bett
