Ⅰ insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF - IR) is a membrane surface receptors, tyrosine kinase activity. The proliferation and differentiation of keratin cells may have a regulatory effect on the proliferation and differentiation of cell nucleus antigen (PCNA) directly involved in DNA synthesis. For this, we used immunohistochemical technique respectively research IGF - IR and PCNA expression in normal human and patients with psoriasis skin positioning, in order to understand their diagonal protein in the pathogenesis of psoriasis cell proliferation and differentiation may play a role.
One, data and method
(a) data: 15 patients with psoriasis vulgaris, are confirmed by HE staining histopathological examination confirmed, including 7 cases of male, female 8 cases, aged 13 to 67 years old, no biopsy in patients with typical lesions; Six cases of normal skin tissue were all due to plastic surgery, including three men and women aged between 20 and 50. All specimens were fixed by 10% formalin fluid and buried in paraffin.
(2) reagents: poly lysine (Sigma company), rabbit polyclonal antibody against IGF - IR (Santa Cruz, USA), rat resistance people PCNA (Beijing zhongshan biotechnology co., LTD.), SPTM kit (Zymed companies in the United States).
