Second, the experimental principle
Coomassie brilliant blue G - 250 is a kind of dye, under free state in red, when it is combined with protein into blue, after the combination with maximum light absorption under 595 nm wavelength. In a certain protein concentration range (0 ~ 1000 mu g/mL), its absorbance is proportional to the protein content, so it can be used for quantitative determination of soluble protein.
Instruments, reagents and materials

Analytical balance, 10mL plastic centrifugal tube, 5mL pipette, mortar, measuring cylinder, 50mL centrifuge, 10mL volumetric flask, centrifuge, 722 spectrophotometer
2, reagents
(1) the standard protein original liquid: called the 100mg of serum albumin, dissolved in distilled water and fixed to 100mL, the standard protein source for 1mg/mL.
(2) caumarssparkly blue g-250 reagent: it is called 100mg of macasbright blue g-250, soluble in 50mL 95% of ethanol, added 85% (m/v) phosphatic 100mL, and then in distilled water to 1000mL. This solution can be placed at room temperature for one month.
