Comparison of the resveratrol contents in different grape tissues

Abstract: Resveratrol in seeds, peels, pedicels, leaves and petioles of different grape cultivars was ab-
stracted by the organic solvent method. The results indicated that the contents of resveratrol were signif-i
cantly different between different varieties and tissues, the resveratrol content of cultivar -Pinot Noir. was
much higher than others,which in tissues were taking the order of pedicels and leaf peels seeds pet-i
oles. In all tested cultivars, the resveratrol contents of pedicels of -Italian Riesling. were highest, whichwere
