包头医学院学报2017年1月第33卷第 1期 JournalofBaotouMedicalCollege，January，2017，Vo1．33，No．1 107 【护理医学】 整体护理联合会阴无保护接生对 降低剖宫产率的效果 王晓琳 (厦门大学附属第一医院，福建 厦门361003) [摘 要] 目的：探讨整体护理联合会阴无保护接生对降低剖宫产率的影响。方法：收集初产妇 160例随机分为观察组 和对照组，对照组给予常规护理方法与会阴无保护接生，观察组给予整体护理联合会阴无保护接生，比较两组产妇的剖 宫产发生率。结果：观察组产妇的剖宫产率(12．5％)低于对照组(65．0％)(P0．05)，观察组的满意率(97．5％)高 于对照组 (90．0％)(尸0．05)。结论：整体护理联合会阴无保护接生可有效降低剖宫产的发生，减轻了产妇的痛苦，减 少了出血和感染的机会 ，可在临床推广使用。 [关键词] 整体护理；会阴无保护接生 ；剖宫产率 Analysisoftheeffectoftheholisticnursingcombinedwith unprotected perineum deliveryonhterateofcesareansection W ANG Xiaolin (TheFirstAffiliatedHospitalofXiamenUniversity，Xiamen361003，China) ABSTRACT Objective：Toexploretheeffectofholisticnursingcombinedwithpefineumdeliverywithoutprotectiononthereductionoftherate ofcesareansection．M ethods：160primiparasfrom June2014 toJune2016wereselected．Allprimiparaswererandondydividedintoobservation groupandcontrolgroup．Thecontrolgroupwasgivenroutinenursingandunprotectedpefineumdelivery，andtheobservationgroupwasgivenholis— ticnumingcombinedwithunprotectedpefineum delivery，withtheoccu~enceofcesareansectioninthetwogroupscompared．Results：Therateof cesareansectionintheobservationrgoupwas12．50％ ．muchlowerthan65．OO％ inthecontrolgroup．Thedifferencebetweenthetwogroupshad statisticallysignificantdifference(P 0．05)．rhesatisfactionrateoftheobservationgroupwas97．50％，higherthan90．00％ inthecontrol group，andthedifferencewasstatisticallysignificant(P 0．05)．Conclusion：Theholisticnursingcombinedwithunprotectedperineumdelivery caneffectivelyreducetheoccurrenceofcesareandelivery，maternalpain，bleedingandinfection，whichcanbeusedinclinic
