吉林医学2017年2 月第38卷第2 期 • 205 • •基础研究• 白花九里明提取液对急性胃黏膜损伤的预防保护研究 郭 莹 ，刘桂彪，黄剑秋，杨园园，陈 天 ，潘 霞 ，方芝敏，王 彩 冰 （右江民族医学院，广 西 百 色 533000) [摘 要 ] 目的：观察白花九里明提取液在吲哚美辛诱发小鼠急性胃黏膜损伤的预防性保护作用。方法:取SD 小鼠40只随机均分为4 组。正常对照组和模型对照组（给予0.9% NaCl 注射液）灌胃，白花九里明低、高浓度组（分 别给予300 mg/ml 、600 mg/m l 的白花九里明提取液）灌胃，1 次/d ，共I4 d 。在末次灌胃30 m in 后，正常对照组（给予 0. 9% NaCl注射液）、模型对照组和白花九里明低、高浓度组（给予0. 25%吲哚美辛溶液）灌胃，4 h 后检测胃黏膜损伤 指数。结果:模型对照组、白花九里明低浓度和高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数均明显高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意 义（ P 0.01) ，白花九里明高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数明显低于模型对照组，差异有统计学意义（P 0.01)，白花九里 明低浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数与白花九里明高浓度组、模型对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（ P 0.05)。结论：白花九 里明达到一定用量时，对吲哚美辛诱发的急性胃黏膜损伤具有一定的预防性保护作用。 [关键词] 白花九里明提取液；胃黏膜损伤；预防;保护；小鼠 Study on the prevention and protection of acute gastric mucosal injury in Blumea Megacephala ex­ tract GUO Ying ,LIU Gui - biao, HUANG Jian - qiu,et al ( Youjiang Medical College for Nationalities ^Baise 533000, Chi­ na) Abstract：Objective Observation of Blumea Megacephala extract in protective effects of indomethacin induced acute gas­ tric mucosal injury in mice. Method 40 SD mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. Normal control group and model control group were given 0. 9% NaCl liquid to irrigation gastric, Blumea megacephala low - concentration group and high - concentra­ tion group were respectively given 300 and 600 mg/ml Blumea megacephala extract to irrigation gastric, once a day, total 14 d. The last time irrigation gastric 30 min after,normal control group was given 0. 9% NaCl liquid,rest of the three groups were given 0. 25% indomethacin liquid to irrigation gastric ,4 hours later determination gastric mucosa injury index. Results The gas­ tric mucosa injury index of m
