ERP在企业管理信息化中的应用及效益分析 　　摘要： 随着信息技术的飞速发展，传统企业管理所产生的大量数据信息、报表信息等都很零散，企业各部门之间传递与统计这些信息不仅耗费了大量的人力物力，也降低了企业的工作效率，这种传统落后的管理方法成为企业生存与发展的瓶颈。因此，企业管理迫切需要最新的管理技术来提高管理效率降低管理成本，提高企业竞争力。ERP作为一种现代化的企业信息化管理技术正好可以替代企业传统的管理模式，ERP是一种具有现代化先进管理理念的管理模式。它将推动企业管理观念的更新，促进企业经营机制的转换，提高企业管理水平，促进现代企业制度的建立。本文主要阐述了ERP系统原理及系统组成，论述了ERP在企业管理中的作用及在企业管理信息化中的应用，并结合案例对我国企业应用、实施ERP系统以及在实施过程中的效益进行分析，以期实现ERP系统在企业管理信息化过程中得到广泛应用 Abstract： With the rapid development of information technology， large amounts of data， reports and other information generated by traditional enterprise management are scattered. Transferring and collecting information among various departments not only cost a lot of manpower and resources， but also reduce the company’s efficiency. This traditional backward management method has become the bottleneck of enterprise survival and development. Therefore， there is an urgent need for the latest business management techniques to improve management efficiency and reduce management costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises. ERP as a modern enterprise information management technology can just replace the traditional management model of enterprises. ERP is an advanced management concept with modern management mode. It will promote the concept of updating business management， and change their operating mechanism， improve enterprise management level， and promote the establishment of modern enterprise system.
