M ethods A total of 6 911 studentsw ere selected from 38m iddle sc ools by stratified cluster samp ling and t e questionnaire survey of injury related risk be aviors w as conducted among t em. R esu lts About 4514 % of t e subjects violated traffic law w en riding b icycle, 1216 % of t em sw am in river or ot er p lacesw ere sw mi m ing is pro ib ited, 3312% foug t w it ot ers, 2719% ad t oug t of suicide and 712% ave idea to leave t eir fam ily to ot er places.
