经阴道超声检查诊断宫外孕的临床价值评估及分析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对该院宫外孕患者的诊断情况进行回顾性分析，探讨经阴道超声检查诊断宫外孕的效果与价值。方法方便选择该院2012年3月―2016年3月收治的确诊为宫外孕患者作为研究对象，一共有50例，对患者进行经腹部超声检查和经阴道超声检查，比较两种检查方法的检查结果和声像图的特点。结果 经阴道B超检查结果：在接受检查的50例患者中，完全符合手术病理诊断特诊患者一共有48例，误诊患者2例，误诊率为4%。经腹部超声检查结果：一共50例患者接受经腹部超声检查，完全符合手术病理特征的患者一共40例，误诊患者10例，误诊率为20%。结论 与经腹部超声检查对比，经阴道超声检查宫外孕具有更高的诊断符合率和准确率，诊断图像具有较高的分辨率，为临床诊断和治疗宫外孕提供重要的依据 [关键词] 引导超声；宫外孕；诊断价值；临床分析 [中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）05（c）-0164-02 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect and value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy by retrospectively analyzing the diagnosis of patients with extrauterine pregnancy in our hospital. Methods 50 cases of patients diagnosed with extrauterine pregnancy admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2016 were selected as the research objects， and all patients were given transabdominal ultrasonography and transvaginal ultrasonography， and the examination results and ultrasonographic features of the two examination methods were compared. Results The transvaginal ultrasonography results showed that of 50 cases， there were 48 cases totally meeting operative pathological characteristics， 2 cases were misdiagnosed， and the misdiagnosis rate was 4%； the transabdominal ultrasonography showed that of 50 cases， there were 40 cases totally meeting operative pathological characteristics， 10 cases were misdiagnosed， and the misdiagnosis rate was 20%. Conclusion Compared with the transabdominal ultrasonography， the transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis of extrauterine pregnancy has a higher diagnostic accordance rate and accuracy rate and the diagnostic image has a higher resolution， which provides important basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of extrauterine pregnancy.
