Through investigations, in which Abstract the authors used the deep interview method, and chose the typical community and rural area , it found out that the elderly disabled were confronted with plenty of problems, such as the economic poverty, lack of care, poor cultural life, insufficient recreation, and inadequate participation in community and so on.
