南方医科大学本科专业教学大纲 中医妇科学 Gynecology of Integrated Traditional Medicine 五年制中西医结合本科 执笔人：张丽华 审定人：张丽华 陈爱兰 学院负责人：吕志平 南方医科大学教务处 二OO六年十二月 课程编号：B020052 一、课程简介 中西医结合妇科学是运用中医学和现代医学的基础理论与方法认识和研究妇女解剖、生理、病因病机诊冶规律，以防治妇女特有疾病的一门临床学科，它是中西医结合临床医学的重要组成部分，是高等中医药院校主干课程之一。 本门课程的教学目的和任务是：通过课堂和临床教学，使学生能掌握、熟悉或了解中医妇科学的基础理论和常见妇科疾病的定义、病因病机、诊断、鉴别诊断以及辨证论治。并能了解、熟悉西医妇产科的基础理论和诊疗新技术。重点掌握中医妇科学在经、带、胎、产等方面的特色和优势，以保证中医妇科为主体的教学质量。培养适应21世纪社会进步和面向中医药现代化、面向世界、面向未来需求的高级中西医结合专业人才。 Gynecology of integrated traditional medicine is a clinical discipline to deal with gynecology disease by using principle of diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition under the guidance of TCM and western medicine theory. It has distinct discipline characteristic. This program of instruction suits to the integrated traditional and western medicine undergraduate course. Gynecology of integrated traditional and western medicine, a bridge course between basic theories and clinical departments, plays an important role of connecting the precedence to the following. In this discipline, There are three parts: general discussion, systematic considerations and obstetrics gynecology of modern medicine. The development of gynecology of TCM, the basis of gynecology of TCM, and the methods of clinical practice in gynecology of TCM are discussed in the first part. In the second part, 71 diseases are introduced on the definition, causes and pathogenesis, diagnosis, differentiation of syndromes treatment, and prevention, etc. In the third part,general theories and technics about obstetrics gynecology of modern medicine are introduced. 2 credits will be available via the completion of 36-class-hour(1 class-hour: 40 minutes) lectures.
