Accordingtoanalysisofthepositionandfunctionthefinancialpolicyandthecurrentstatusofpolicy finance development in China,we establish VAR model and study the relationship between policy finance and real economy， aiming to discovering how the policy finance can promote the coordinated development of finance and real economy. We find out that a symbiotic relationship of mutual promotion exists between policy finance and real economy，developing policy financeisconducivetothecoordinateddevelopmentoffinancandrealeconomy.Foreffectivecoordinationoffinance
