( 17 ) 浅谈细纱机薄壁齿轮变形的解决方案 张艳芳 〈经纬纺织机械股份有限公司榆次分公司，山西 晋中 030601) 摘要:为了解决新型细纱机薄壁齿轮变形的难题，分析了影响其变形的原因，通过工艺试验，制订 出新的热处理加工工艺.指出:材料受热应力变形、热处理工艺不当是导致薄壁齿轮变形的主要 原因;选用 45Cr 钢，气体氯化热处理，可以保证薄壁齿轮齿形误差和齿向误差均在图纸要求范 围，完全满足使用要求. 关键词:细纱机;薄壁齿轮;热处理变形 ;45Cr; 气体氯化 中图分类号: TS103.11 文献标志码:B 文章编号: 1001-9634(2014)02-0017-02 A Solution to the Deformation of the Gear with Thin Wall on the Spinning Frame ZHANG Yanfang (Yuci Branch Jingwei Textile Machinery Co. , Ltd. ,Jinzhong 030601 ,China) Abstract: In order to find the solution to the deformation of the gear with thin wall on the new spinning frame ,the cause resulting in the deformation is analyzed. New h eat treatment process is introduced through process test. It is pointed out that the main cause resulting in the deform- ation of the gear with thin wall is due to the material deformation with hot stres s and the im- proper h eat treatment process. Selection of steel 45Cr with Nitrogen gas heat treatment can be the guarantee of the tolerance of the gear with thin wall in shape wise and orientation wise in conformity with the speciíication in the chart ,satisfying the application.
