Once the chute is broken or fell off , it will inevitably affect or disrupt the distributing law of the furnace , resulting in gas flow distribution , furnace condition Huctuation. If the treatment is not in time or not properly , it will affect the normal production of the blast furnace , and can cause severe cooling of the furnace hearth freeze. The deformation cause of furnace condition fluctuation is analyzed for 3 200 m3 Laiwu steel chute , and the treatment experience is summarized. The criterion and treatment methods to determine the state and deformation of the furnace chute are introduced.
