地工技術，第126期（2010年12月）第93-102頁 Sino-Geotechnics ,No.126 （Dec., 2010 ）pp.93-102 石門水庫淤泥多元化處置方案評估規劃 劉弘祥 高憲彰 許秀真 賴伯勳 中興工程顧問(股)公司 中興工程顧問社 經濟部水利署北區水資源局 摘 要 由於石門水庫13座沉澱池採用重力式沉降原理，所需壓密時間甚長，且含水量過高，需尋求更有 效率及經濟的方法，加以脫水、清運及再利用。藉由一系列的物理及化學試驗，發現石門水庫淤泥質 細，富含黏土質，非常適合作為資源化應用。資源應用的方式包括：填方材料、建築骨材、水泥原料、 製磚原料、輕質骨材、人工魚礁、消波塊、護坡預鑄塊、噴漿砂料、濾料、農業用土壤、土壤改良劑 等。短期目標可將石門水庫淤泥燒製成人行步道磚及植草磚，舖設於石門水庫周邊遊憩區、人行步道、 自行車道及停車場等地。經由現地試驗與評估過程，已找出高效率之脫水技術，將抽出之淤泥直接脫 水，以利於減積及後續清運。未來石門水庫 13座沉澱池可規劃為淤泥利用處理專區。 關鍵字：石門水庫淤泥、輕質骨材、脫水技術、淤泥利用處理專區。 Assessment and Planning for Multi-Utilization of Shimen Reservoir’s Fine Sediments Hong-Shiang Liu Hsien-Chang Kao Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd. The total volume of these sedimentary pools is 3.8 million m3 with a coverage area of 70 hectares. The fact that settling of fine sediment in these sedimentary pools follows gravity settling principles, the consolidation time was exceedingly long and hence the fine sediment was very high in water content, rendering it difficult to remove or utilize the deposited fine sediment. Physical and chemical tests showed that the fine sediment is fine-grained and rich in clay content, and is quite suitable for use as basic material.
