Effects Of Infusion Of Dexmedetomidine In Different Periods On Anesthesia Wake Quality Of Neurosurgery Operation Objective: To investigate the effects of infusion of dexmedetomidine in preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative periods on anesthesia wake quality of neurosurgery operation. Methods: Choose 80 cases of neurosurgery operation patients, ASA Grade Ⅰ to Grade Ⅱ, age 31 to 68 years of age, body weight 47 to 72kg.80 patients were randomly divided into four groups (n=20): preoperative Infusion of dexmedetomidine group (Group Ⅰ), intraoperative infusion of dexmede -tomidine group (Group Ⅱ), postoperative infusion of dexmedetomidine group (Group Ⅲ) and control group (Group Ⅳ).Group Ⅰ administered dexmedetomidine 0.6 μ g/kg (10min pump) 30min before induction of anesthesia ; Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ respectively administered dexmede -tomidine 0.6 μ g/kg (10min pump) at 30min after operation and 30min before the end of the operation; Group Ⅳ administered same volume of salt water. Before induction of anesthesia (T ),the immediate extubation (T ), 5min after extubation (T ), 0 1 2 10 min (T ), 15 min (T ), 30 min (T ), 60 min (T ), HR , MAP, SpO and Ramsay 3 4 5 6 2 sedation score were recorded, and record the time from the end of suture to extubation, and VAS score , nausea and vomiting, patients with bradycardia, respiratory inhibition 1h after extubation.
