中国服务业发展现状及其影响因素分析 ——基于服务贸易角度 摘 要 服务业的发展程度是衡量经济、社会现代化水平的重要标志。发展服务业特别是现代服务业是提升国民经济素质和运行质量的战略举措，是实现经济社会的协调、可持续发展的必然选择。本文以服务业与服务贸易的关系作为研究对象，通过分析服务业与服务贸易之间的相互关系及作用机理，对通过调整与优化我国服务业结构，促进服务贸易健康发展具有重要意义。 本文在对国内外相关研究及服务业、服务贸易的概念进行界定的基础上，对我国服务业和服务贸易的发展现状进行了分析，指出了我国服务业在国民经济中的比重不断上升，内部结构不断升级；我国服务贸易在知识密集型、技术密集型领域没有优势，出口主要集中在传统的劳动密集型和资源禀赋优势产品的生产上，技术含量和附加值较低。之后，对我国服务业与服务贸易发展关系进行了定性分析，从理论上对我国服务业与服务贸易发展关系进行分析，指出在我国服务业是服务贸易的产业基础，服务贸易对服务业的发展有促进作用。接着，通过实证检验验证了服务贸易对我国服务业发展的影响。最后总结根据前文的分析，得出了文章的研究结论，同时，提出了促进我国服务业发展的对策建议，意在为我国服务业发展政策的制定提供一定参考。 关键词：服务业发展，服务贸易，影响，实证分析  ABSTRACT The development degree of the service industry is an important sign that measures the economy, social modernization level. The development of service industry, especially the modern service industry, is the strategic act to promote quality and quantity of the national economy, is the inevitable choice to achieve the coordination and continual development of economy society. Owing to this , it is necessary to guide the development of the service industry in China through analyzing and studying deeply the development of the service industry in the world under thinking much of this problem. The objective of the thesis is the service industry, at the same time, a world-wild comparison of the service industry is in order to find out the insufficiency of the service industry in China. Finally ,some policies of structural upgrade and structural coordination are put forward. The article first gives the definition and classification of service industry and service trade, and the studies of foreign scholars and local scholars. Then introduces the development of service industry and service trade of China, pointing out that Chinas service industry is the basis of service trade; the service trade led the growth of the services.
