创造性破坏视角下的传统村落空间商业化变迁研究 江西婺源李坑村、汪 口村、江湾村对比分析 CreativeDestruction andCom mercia Lization ofTraditionalVillages：Likeng， W angkou andJiangwaninW uyuanIChina 张 菁 ZhangJing 摘要 伴随着快速的城镇化浪潮，广大乡村地区正逐渐纳入城市的消费体系。其中，传统村落作为旅游 目的地 ，因其 独特的文化历史遗产禀赋而逐渐具有消费性空间的特征。基于传统村落商业化的视角，运用 “创造性破坏”模型的分 析框架，通过对江西婺源县李坑村、汪 口村、江湾村在商业化阶段演进中各利益相关者博弈的实证分析，揭示旅游驱 动下乡村景观的演变路径。研究发现，“创造性破坏”模型运用于我国传统村落商业化的阶段分析的过程中需适当修正， 特别是政府部门与其他利益相关者的利益同化，对传统村落商业化发展的路径产生了巨大影响，并将传统乡村景观导 向多元化的混杂景观共存的发展方向。 关键词 传统村落；空间商业化 ；创造性破坏；江西婺源 ABSTICACT Sincethelatterhalfofthe20thcentury．ruralcommunitieswithuniqueplace—basedassetshave beenre—imagedastouristdestinations，andthebroadmassesofruralareashavebeengraduallyincorporatedinto urbanconsumptionsystem．Insomelocales，traditionalvillageshaveemergedchangingfrom productivespaceto consumptionspace．Thisstudyistodetermineifthistransformation，knownas。’creativedestruction”．isunderway inChina’straditionalvillages，andtouncoverthemotivationsthataredrivingthischange．Thestudyfocuseson threetraditionalvillages，Likeng，Wangkou，andJiangwaninWuyuan，whichsharesimilarculturalassets．Based onthecommercializationoftraditionalvillages space，thisstudyfoundthat，byusing creative destructionmodel， tourism couldbethe dominantdrivertothetransformationofrurallandscape Inthisstudy，thecasesareapplied tothreecommunities，and itanalyzedthestakeholders‘gameduringeverystagesofcommercialization．Themost significantisrecognitionthatthecreative destructionmodelshouldberevisedwhenitisusedfortheanalysisof commercializationstagesinChina’straditionalvillages，especiallybeinginfluencedbytheinterestassimilationwith localgovernmentsandotherstakeholders．Furthermore，therevisedmodelmayrevealthedevelopmentdirection fr0m productiverurallandscapetodiversifiedhybridlandscape KEYWORDS traditionalvillage；commercialization；creativedestruction；JiangxiWuyuan 中图分类号 TU一02；TU一85 文献标识码 A DOt 10．3969／j．issn100001．055 文章编号 1000—0232(2017)01—0055—08 作者简介 重庆大学建筑城规学院，博士
