Flexible employment in the creation of employment opportunities, promote economic development and social stability have played a great role. At the same time, along with the increase of amount of personnel of flexible obtain employment, flexible employment social security problems pose new challenge to us, also caused the wide attention of all circles. Therefore, the purpose of writing this paper is on the flexible employment social security problems in-depth study, and gives some reasonable suggestions, in order to better protect the flexible employment social security rights and interests.
