Group members: Wang chao Chen Jinjun Xia Baomi PengXinyue Liu di Shan na Fang Jinlong October 27, 2013 We compared the two schools differences from three aspects: Architectual Layout Campus Facilities The green space designs Above all, distinctions of architectual layout are obvious: The buildings of school A are mainly located at the central position , while school B are relatively decentralized. In school A, the assembly hall occupies the center, surrounded by eight teaching buildings, entrance hall, equipment store and so on, with the frontage for leisure in the outer cycle. In school B, the teaching buildings are arranged in two rows in the northwest, other buildings stand in the southeast, and tarmac play areas are divided into two parts by the main road. Next, there exists two differences in terms of campus facilities: School A has art room, music room and staff car park, while school B has resident caretaker’s flat. In school A, the only tarmac play area is for all children. However, in school B , there are two tarmac play areas: one is for children of 7-9 years old, and the other is for 10-11 years old. Finally, the green space designs of two schools are disparate: In school A, the school buildings are surrounded by a large area of flower beds, as well as two pieces of lawns. School B scarcely has campus landscaping, yet. Thank you!
