20013 16 2 Radiol ractice, Mar 2001, Vol 16, No.2 9 CT MRI 彭卫军 周康荣 张 蓓 陈克敏 = :描述巨大淋巴结增生的 CT 和MRI 增强表现特点, 旨在提高 本病的认识: 自1984 年1 月~ 2000 年5 月间, 4例巨大淋巴结增生病例接受CT 和MRI 检查并经手术和病理证实其中, 男2 例, 女2例, 年龄18~ 56 岁, 平均41岁:4 个病例中2例病灶位于肠系膜, 2例位于腹膜后区, 局限型3例, 弥漫型1 例采用动态增强和螺旋CT 多期扫描技术, 病灶在动脉期或在动态增强早期明显强化,所有的病灶在延迟期均表现为持续强化MRI T WI 1 例表现 1 为低信号, 1 例为中等信号,T WI 均呈高信号, 动态增强扫描病灶的强化方式与CT 一致: 系膜或腹膜后区富血供的 2 病变,在动脉期明显强化, 延迟期持续强化, CT 值接近主动脉密度者, 提示巨大淋巴结增生的诊断 = Castleman 病 磁共振断层扫描 计算机体层成像 = R551.2, R814. 42, R445. 2 = A = 1000-0313(2001) 02-0095-03 CT and MRI findings of Castleman disease eng Weijun,Zhou Kangrong,Zhang Bei, et al.Department of Radiology,Zhongshan Hos- pital of Medical school Fudan University, Shanghai 200032 = Abstract Objective:The purpose was to describe the most suggestive imaging finding of uncommon disease in the abdomen for the correct diagnosis of Castlemanps disease.Methods:January, 1984 to May, 2000 abdominal CT in 4 patientswith confirmed Castleman. s disease were retrospectively reviewed. atients were 18~ 56 yeas old (mean= 41) ;two were men and two women. Diagnosis of Castleman disease was done by surgery and pathology.Results:The lesionwas detected in4 cases and suggestive diagnosis made in one patient.In our series, the lesions were located 2 at the mesentery, 2 at the retroperitoneal,with localized Castleman disease ( hyaline-cascular type N= 3) and with disseminated Castleman( plasma cell type N= 1) , at CT, all lesions show marked enhancement after contrast administration at arte- rial phase and delay scan and the attenuation similar to aorta, calcificationwas seen in one patient. 2 lesions are hypointense onT-weighted
