CdS纳米球/Au修饰电极的制备及其在重金属离子检测中的应用 作 者 蒋三星 李林刚 摘要：本文以溶剂热合成法制备出CdS纳米微粒，并用其和氯金酸、L-半胱氨酸修饰制备电极，研究电极对重金属离子检测及影响因素。实验数据表明：不同pH值的不同缓冲溶液、不同的静置时间对重金属离子的检测效果有明显的差异。结果显示H=5的乙酸缓冲溶液、静置时间在60s秒左右、扫描电压在-0.2—0.4pH的条件下，重金属离子的检测峰值最大，效果最佳。 关键词：CdS，纳米微粒，重金属离子，检测，缓冲溶液 Preparation of electrode modified by CdS nanospHeres/ Au and application of heavy metal ions in the detection Abstract:CdS microspHeres were prepared by hydrothermal method.
