• 6 • 广 州 医 药 2016 年 11月第4 7 卷第6 期 Bcl -2、COX -2在宫颈癌新辅助化疗前后的表达及临床意义的研究 林悦欢 1 胡璐萍2 何慧仪2 伍华玲2 1 中山大学附属江门医院妇产科（江门529100) 2 广州医科大学附属广州市第一人民医院妇产科 (广州 510180) 【摘 要 】 目 的 探讨 Bcl-2、COX-2在宫颈癌新辅助化疗前后表达的意义，以及新辅助化疗（NACT ) 对宫颈 癌的近期临床疗效。方 法 对 32例宫颈癌患者，采集NACT治疗前后的宫颈癌组织标本，采用免疫组织化学S P 法检 测组织中的Bcl -2及 COX-2表达。结 果 ① 经 NACT后，治疗总有效率（ CR + PR ) 为 7 5 % ，无 效 率（ PD + SD ) 为 25%。②宫颈癌组织中Bcl -2、COX-2的表达均出现明显下降，差异均有统计学意义（P 0.05);临床有效组中 Bcl- 2、COX-2的表达在NACT后出现显著下降（P 0.05)，无效组中 Bcl-2、COX-2的表达在NACT前后无明显统计学意 义 （P 0.05)。结论 Bcl -2、COX-2的表达情况对评价宫颈癌患者新辅助化疗效具有肯定的临床意义，宫颈癌行 NACT后近期疗效良好。 【关键词】 宫颈癌；Bcl -2; COX-2;新辅助化疗 D O I ：10. 3969/j. issn. 1000 - 8535. 2016. 06. 002 A study of the expression and clinical significance of the Bcl-2 and COX-2 in cervical cancer before and after neoadju­ vant chemotherapy Lin Yuehuan.
