福建省三甲综合医院网站内容建设情况评价 Evaluation of Websites Content Construction of Tertiary Hospital in Fujian 福建省三甲综合医院网站内容建设情况评价 摘要:目的：本文从内容建设角度调查和分析当前福建省内14家三级甲等综合医院网站建设状况，总结当前福建省三级甲等综合医院网站建设的优势和不足，并提出相应的改善对策，以期能为福建省三甲综合医院网站的发展和完善提供借鉴。 方法：本文在广泛查阅中外文献的基础上，运用网络调查法，对福建省14家三级甲等综合医院网站的内容建设情况进行比较研究。根据《福建省卫生厅关于公布第三周期三级综合医院首批评审结果的通知》所提供的三级甲等综合医院名单，全省共14家三级甲等综合医院。利用Baidu搜索引擎对14家医院以医院全称进行搜索，逐一点击确认后，对14家医院网站进行访问，对各医院网站开设的具有代表性的栏目进行了调查，以确定其内容是否包括被消费者关注的信息如医院相关信息、医疗质量、价格、个人健康信息、以及客户服务功能等。此次研究从栏目设置、首页内容设计两个方面对福建省三甲综合医院网站内容建设进行评价。 结果：福建省14家三甲综合医院网站也多属展示型网站，以介绍其院史、院务、医院新闻及医疗范围、专家队伍为主，大部分医院在其网站上搭载网上服务功能，一部分医院网站提供医学信息情报服务，小部分医院网站为医患双方沟通开通了渠道。同时，绝大多数医院网站倾向于将所有模块都在首页上展示，由此导致医院网站首页信息堆砌，页面杂乱拥挤，给患者浏览和查找信息带来不便。此外，14家三级甲等综合医院网站的主导航栏均设计得较为清晰、全面。总体看来，厦门市两家三级甲等综合医院网站建设水平较高。 结论：受环境及管理者观念制约，福建省14家三级甲等综合医院多将网站作为自我宣传的手段，而忽视了医院网站其他功能的开发建设，如提供网上服务、利用网站增强医患双方交流等。福建省三级甲等综合医院网站发展有其优势也有不足。总的来说，福建省三甲综合医院网站总体建设水平并不高，省内各地区医院网站建设水平参差不齐，发展不平衡。医院管理者应引起高度重视，结合本院实际，充分发挥网站功能，促使医院网站逐步完善和发展，也使医院网站更好的为医院服务。 关键词:医院网站 内容建设 评价 福建省 Evaluation of Websites Content Construction of Tertiary Hospital in Fujian Abstract:Objective: This paper tries to investigate and analyze the current status of content construction on the websites of tertiary hospital in Fujian,summarise the advantage and deficiency of the current construction,and put forward the corresponding improvement measures,hoping to provide a reference for developing the website of tertiary hospital in Fujian. Methods: This paper which is base on consulted the Chinese and foreign documents widely,apply the method of internet survey to investigate the current status of content construction on the websites of tertiary hospital in Fujian. According to the finally namelist provided by the Fujian Federal Office of Public Health,which is about the notice of third period tertiary hospital , there are a total of 14 tertiary hospitals in Fujian.It use Baidu search engine to search the full name of the14 tertiary hospitals, when click and confirm
