中国现代药物应用2017年2月第11卷第3期　Chin J Mod Drug Appl, Feb 2017, Vol. 11, No. 3 ·107· 新辅助化疗对胃癌手术并发症的影响研究 杨亚冰 【摘要 】　 目的　分析研究新辅助化疗对胃癌手术并发症的影响。方法　40 例进展期胃癌患者 , 将 其按照编号随机分为对照组及观察组 , 各 20 例。对照组采取单纯外科手术治疗 ；观察组先进行新辅助 化疗 , 新辅助化疗完成 28 d 后再进行外科手术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、出血量以及并发症的 发生率。结果　观察组患者的手术时间为 (234.5±48.2)min、出血量为 (306±24)ml, 对照组患者的手术 时间为 (211.5±47.6)min、出血量为 (214±22)ml, 观察组患者的手术时间长于对照组 , 出血量多于对照组 , 差异均具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为 40.0%, 对照组并发症发生率为 45.0%, 比较差 异无统计学意义 (P0.05)。结论　新辅助化疗方案能够使得进展期胃癌患者手术以后并发症的发生率得 到有效控制 , 不会增加临床手术的风险 , 具有临床推广价值。 【关键词 】　新辅助化疗 ；胃癌手术 ；并发症 DOI ：10.14164/j.cnki.cn11-5581/r.2017.03.051 Study on effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for complications of gastric cancer surgery YANG Ya- bing. Methods A total of 40 advanced gastric cancer patients were divided by serial number into control group and observation group, with 20 cases in each group. The control group received simple surgery for treatment, and the observation group received neoadjuvant chemotherapy first and then surgery in 28 d after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Comparison were made on operation time, bleeding volume, and incidence of complications in two groups. Results The observation group had operation time as (234.5±48.2) min, bleeding volume as (306±24) ml, and the control group had operation time as (211.5±47.6) min and bleeding volume as (214±22) ml. The observation group had longer operation time than the control group, and more bleeding volume than the control group. Their differences had statistical significance (P0.05). The observation group had incidence of complications as 40.0%, and the control group had incidence of complications as 45.0%, and there was no statistically significant difference in two groups (P0.
