34 2016年 9 月 第 2 卷 第 3 期 + 恭 後合 * 病理研究* 新辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌的疗效与优越性分析 耿 春 玲 ，秦 美 林 ，张桦 内蒙古包钢医院肿瘤科，内 蒙 古 包 头 014010 摘 要 目的分析讨论新辅助化疗方案应用在进展期胃癌患者中的临床效果 。方 法 选 择 2013年 1 月一2016年 3 月该院收治 的 82例进展期胃癌患者作为研究对象 ，采取随机双盲法将其分为对照组以及治疗组 每，组 4 1 例 其中对照组给予单纯手术治， 疗 治疗组给予新辅助化疗方案， (氟尿嘧啶 、奥沙利祐联合亚叶酸钙 )治 疗 对， 2 组患者的近期临床疗效进行评估 。结 果 对 照 组 的临床总有效率为 51.22% 治疗组患者的临床总有效率为， 73.17% 2，组患者的近期临床疗效进行对比差异有统计学意义 (P 0.05 );对照组的不良反应发生率为 29.27% ，治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为 17.07% ，2 组患者的不良反应发生情况进行对比 差异有统计学意义 (P0.05 )。结论新辅助化疗方案应用在进展期胃癌患者中 ，可显著提升患者手术切除率 ，降低不良反应发 生 率 提髙患者生活质量以及临床疗效， 且延长患者生存期， 在临床中值得广泛的推广与应用， 。 关 键 词 新辅助化疗 ;手术治疗 ;进展期胃癌 中图分类号 R735.7 文献标志码 A d〇i10.11966/j.issn.2095-994X. 2016.02.03.09 The Efficacy and Advantages of Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Ad­ vanced Gastric Cancer GENG Chun-ling, QIN Mei-lin, ZHANG Hua Department of Oncology, Inner Mongolia Baotou Hospital, Baotou,Inner Mongolia, 014010 China Abstract Objective To discuss the clinical effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with advanced gastric cancer.
