中国现代药物应用2017年1月第11卷第2期　Chin J Mod Drug Appl, Jan 2017, Vol. 11, No. 2 ·35· 根管治疗联合牙周基础治疗对牙周牙髓联合 病变的临床效果观察 黄锐新 【摘要】　目的　观察并分析在牙周牙髓联合病变患者治疗中联合运用根管治疗及牙周基础治疗的 临床应用效果。方法　150 例牙周牙髓联合病变患者 , 随机分为观察组和对照组 , 每组 75 例。观察组患 者采取根管治疗及牙周基础治疗的联合治疗方式 , 对照组患者采取常规治疗方式 , 对比两组患者的临床 治疗效果。结果　观察组总有效率 98.67% 高于对照组 82.67%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。观察组 不良反应发生率 4.00% 低于对照组 26.67%, 差异具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。观察组患者治疗后牙周炎 4 例 (5.33%)、叩痛 1 例 (1.33%)、牙齿松动 2 例 (2.67%)、患牙保留 73 例 (97.33%), 对照组患者治疗后牙周炎 14 例 (18.67%)、叩痛 7 例 (9.33%)、牙齿松动 8 例 (10.68%)、患牙保留 56 例 (74.67%), 观察组均优于对照组 , 差异均具有统计学意义 (P0.05)。结论　在牙周牙髓联合病变患者的治疗中通过联合应用根管治疗及牙 周基础治疗方法能够有效提升临床治疗效果 , 并且降低患者治疗后的不良反应发生率 , 该治疗方法安全 有效 , 适合作为牙周牙髓联合病变患者的优选治疗方案加以推广应用。 【关键词】　根管治疗 ；牙周基础治疗 ；牙周牙髓 ；病变 DOI ：10.14164/j.cnki.cn11-5581/r.2017.02.014 Observation on clinical effect of root canal therapy combined with periodental non-surgical treatment for combined periodontal-endodontic lesions HUANG Rui-xin.
