东至华源纺织有限公司资本结构现状研究大学论文.doc

摘 要 加入世贸组织，国内企业将面对更加广阔的国内、国际市场，竞争之激烈也是可想而知的。企业要想在竞争中立于不败之地，就必须在经营好业务的同时，学会经营资本，建立合理的资本结构。论文对安徽东至华源纺织有限公司深入研究分析，并针对公司资本结构提出了优化对策，具有一定的现实意义。 论文首先介绍文章研究背景、国内外研究现状以及论文研究方法；其次对资本结构相关理论进行了回顾，介绍了资本结构优化的相关概念，深入分析了MM理论；再次分析了东至华源纺织有限公司资本结构现状以及存在的主要问题，如资产负债率高、负债结构不合理、融资偏重短期债务与股权融资、进一步融资难度大等，对问题成因进行了探究；最后对东至华源纺织有限公司资本结构提出了优化对策，该资本结构优化目标为企业价值最大化，原则为调整资产结构提高流动性;平衡经营风险与财务风险;提高投资收益率;降低负债水平，合理安排权益与债务资本比例。 关键词 资本结构 资本结构优化 Abstract Because China join the world trade organization，the local enterprise will face more competitive domestic and international market.If the business want to be placed in beneficial position in competition，it must work well the business management and the capital management in meantime，and build up reasonable capital structure. It is realistic to put forward a specific improvement program based on the research and analysis of a single company’s capital structure. In this theis, firstly，theories regarding capital structure are reviewed, the present situation and existing problem of Dong Zhi HuaYuan’s capital structure are analyzed. Main problems are as fo1lows:debt to asset ratio is badly high，main finance channels rely on current liability and owner’s equity，assets structure is not consistent to capital structure，and it’s difficult to get more fund from financing.The causes of the problems are analyzed，too. The program of the company’s capital structure improvement is defined.The program’s aim is to maximize company’s value. The program’s principles are as follows: adjust the assets structure to improve currency, balance financial risk and poeration risk, raise ROC, cut down debt to asset ratio and arrange capital to debt ratio reasonalby.
