中国针灸2007年12月第27卷第12期 文章编号： 0255-2930 （2007）12-0911-03 中图分类号：R224.2 文献标识码：C 经络与腧穴 G氏压痛点与中医穴位相关性的讨论 侯湘 （首都医科大学附属复兴医院疼痛科，北京100038） ［摘要］目的：通过探讨纤维肌痛综合征患者的压痛点与中医穴位的相关性，进行中医穴位的临 床研究。方法：采用点区局部玻璃酸梅注射法等。结果：按G氏压痛点的标准，躯体的压痛点增加 为50余组，与中医穴位相对照，二者均有压痛的性质，有压诊放射痛的性质，有局部索状、结块 状纤维性硬韧变化等。结论：G氏压痛点和中医穴位均为身体病症的炎症性反应点，具有诊断和治 疗的意义。相对健康者的这些部位多是肌腱筋膜附着在骨关节的部位，具有丰富的血管神经分布 和对内外环境个因素敏锐的反应性。 [主题词］经络穴位诊断；穴位研究；@G氏压痛点 Discussion of correlativity between acupoints and Goldenbergs tender points HOU Xiang （Section of Paine Fuxing Hospital Affiliated to Capital University of Medical Sciences，Beijing 100038 China） ABSTRACT: Objective- To study clinically on acupoints by probing the correlativity between Goldenbergs tender points in the patient of fibromyalgia syndrome and acupoints. Methods- Local hyaluronidase injection and other methods were adopted. Results- The tender points were increased by more than 50 groups according to the standard of Goldenbergs lender points. The Goldenbergs tender points and acupoints both have tender character, radiating pain character by palpation，local cord and lump fibrous harden change. Conclusion - Both the Goldenbergs ender point and the acupoint are inflammatory reactive points of the body diseases with diagnosis and treatment significance. Most of the parts in relatively healthy people are at bone joints where myofascise adhere with rich nerves and vessels distribution and good reactivity to internal and external circumstances. KEY WORDS: Meridian Acupoint Diagnosis ；Research on Acupoints ；Goldenbergs Tender Points 中医穴位的研究成果丰硕，研究的途径，可以是直接的组织解剖学分析，生物理化实验，也可以 通过观察对照，利用现代医学相关的研究内容，间接地进行考证本文是在临床诊疗中，采用现代 诊断和治疗方法及现代研究资料，对中医穴位做粗浅的基础及临床论证，供同道参考。 1.目的与背景 中医经络，穴位系统理论是中医学的核心内容之一。经络，穴位治疗历经数千年成功发展，今已 享誉中外。同时，现代医学对躯体部位的压痛点也有许多观察和研究，特别是长于病理学方面的 分析讨论。笔者主要从炎症性实质的角度出发，讨论中医穴位与西方医学对躯体压痛点的研究及 其相关性现简要分述于下。 1.1中医学认识中国传统医学中论及在人体躯体各部分布
