The Introduction of Jiuquan Senior High School The history of the school Jiuquan Senior High School was established in September,1935, hereinafter referred to as “Suzhou branch school of the central political school”. Chiang Kai-shek was headmaster. The school was renamed “Management of Convergence in board Hexi school” in September,1939. In November,1945,the ministry of education Yuan Guomin took over the school and it was renamed “National Hexi Middle School”. In March,1950,the three schools, including Hexi Middle School, Suzhou Normal School, Jiuquan Normal School, were amalgamated into Jiuquan joint school. In April, the school was officially renamed Jiuquan Senior High School of Gan Su Province. It was evaluated the key school before 2000.
