• 250 • Chinese Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Mar. 2017, Vol. 16, No.3   ·论　　著· 从三年文献回顾分析我国慢性阻塞性 肺疾病急性加重患者的氧疗现状 1 2 张莉 ，何权瀛 1. 山西大同大学医学院呼吸与职业病研究所（山西大同 037009 ） 2. 北京大学人民医院呼吸和危重症医学科（北京 100044 ） 【摘要】   目的     通过文献检索调查和评价慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者氧疗情况。方法     数 据库检索 2013 年 1 月至 2015 年 12 月刊登在中华结核和呼吸杂志、中国实用内科杂志、中华老年医学杂志、中国 老年医学杂志、中国呼吸与危重监护杂志、国际呼吸杂志、临床内科杂志、临床肺科杂志等 8 种期刊关于慢性阻塞 性肺疾病急性加重治疗的论著，调查氧疗实施情况。结果    2013 ～2015 年 8 种期刊共刊登 70 篇慢性阻塞性肺疾 病急性加重治疗的论文，其中 14 篇未提及患者是否进行氧疗，13 篇氧疗资料相对不全面，43 篇氧疗资料相对完 整，未检索到有完整氧疗处方的文献。对氧疗后患者动脉血气进一步分析，结果显示存在给氧过高或氧疗不足的 情况。结论     临床对于慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重患者氧疗未予足够重视，需制定相关指南和临床路径指导和 规范目标氧疗。 【关键词】  慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重；目标氧疗；高氧血症 Application status of titrated oxygen therapy in patients with acute exacerbation of COPD: a three-year literature review 1 2 ZHANG Li , HE Quanying 1. Methods    Database retrieving is taken on eight major medical journals about the treatment for AECOPD patients during the period of January 2013 to December 2015. Results    There were 70 articles involving the treatment of AECOPD in the eight major journals during 2013 to 2015. Oxygen therapy was not mentioned in 14 articles, oxygen therapy data were incomplete in 13 papers and relatively complete in 43 papers. None of the articals provided full description of oxygen therapy. The arterial blood gas of the patients was analyzed, and showed excessive or not enough on effect of oxygen
