内镜下氩离子凝固术联合雷贝拉唑治疗Barrett食管的疗效分析 （解放军第161医院消化内科，湖北 武汉 430010） [摘要] 目的 探讨内镜下氩离子凝固术联合雷贝拉唑治疗Barrett食管疗效。方法 选经电子胃镜检查及病理组织学检查确诊为Barrett食管患者181例，随机分成组，A组（56例）为单纯雷贝拉唑治疗组B组（60例）为单纯内镜下氩离子凝固术治疗组C组（65例）为内镜下氩离子凝固术联合雷贝拉唑治疗组。所有入选在首次治疗的3、6、12月内随访复查内镜及病理组织学检查。结果 A、B、C三组在首次治疗的3、6、12月内随访，A组总有效率分别为5.4%、4.9%、3.1%B组有效率分别为85%、82.4%、85.4%C组有效率分别为90.8%、92.5%、91.5%。以上两两组间比较均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 内镜下氩离子凝固术联合雷贝拉唑治疗Barrett食管是安全有效的，值得临床推广与应用。 [关键词] Barrett食管内镜下氩离子凝固术雷贝拉唑[中图分类号] R57 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-5042（2011）03-0000-00 [作者简介] 文峰（1977），男，湖北省罗田县人，主治医师，本科，主要从事消化内科疾病临床方面的研究。电话：（027[收稿日期] 2011-01- [修回日期] 2011-02-19 Clinical analysis of argon plasma coagulation combined with Rabeprazole for Barrett’s esophagus WEN Feng,ZHU Jie-lun,HUANG Ji-zheng,QU Lei,HU Hai-tao (Department of Gastroenterology,161st Hospital of PLA,Wuhan Hubei 430010,China) Abstract: Objective To study the effects of argon plasma coagulation combined with Rabeprazole on Barrett’s esophagus.Methods Totally 181 patients with Barrett’s esophagus diagnosed by endoscope and pathological method were randomized into 3 groups:group A (n=56) were treated with Rabeprazole;group B (n=60) were treated with argon plasma coagulation and group C (n=65) were treated with argon plasma coagulation combined with Rabeprazole.All the patients were rechecked by endoscope and pathological method within 3,6 and 12 month after treatment.Results The follow-up went within 3,6 and 12 month after the first treatment.The total effective rates in group A were 5.4%,4.9%,3.1% respectively;those of group B were 85.0%,82.4%,85.4% respectively and those of C were 90.8%,92.5%,91.5% respectively.There were statistical differences between groups(P0.05).Conclusion Argon plasma coagulation combined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of Barrett’s esophagus is effective and safe and is worth applying and extending in clinics.
