In the se ten years, west area s h igh ligh t infra structu re con struction, ecological environm en t con struction and the developm ent of science and technology and education, and tamp longterm developm ent, thu s, econom ic and social developm ent ha s m ade great p rogress and urban and rural residen ts have ob tained the benefit.
