摘要：在科技日新月异的现在社会，地铁售票机的应用已经越来越广泛，随着地铁售票机的广泛应用，对于它的性能要求越来越高，因此如何设计更为简易便捷的地铁售票机显得尤为重要。本文设计了一个基于易控作为上位机监控画面，PLC作为下位机控制简易地铁售票机的控制系统。实验室PLC实验箱上有现成的地铁售票机模块，用PLC设计地铁售票机控制系统，结合实验箱上的地铁售票机模块，模拟地铁售票机的功能。用易控设计人机界面、监控系统，实现地铁售票机内的库存信息及时地传送到电脑中，从而确保易控对实验箱的地铁售票机达到全面的监控。 关键词：组态软件，监控系统，PLC，地铁售票机 Abstract: In the social science and technology change rapidly now, the application of automatic vending machine has been more and more widely, with the wide application of automatic vending machine, and its performance have become increasingly demanding, so how to design a more simple and convenient automatic vending machine is particularly important. In this paper, we design a configuration MCGS as the host computer monitor screen, PLC as the slave computer control system of simple vending machine control system. Laboratory PLC experimental box on the existing vending machine module, with the PLC design vending machine control system, combined with the experimental box on the vending machine module, simulate the function of vending machines. With the configuration of the MCGS interface design, control system, automatic vending machines in inventory information timely transfer to the computer, so as to ensure the configuration of the experimental box vending machine to achieve a comprehensive monitoring.
