Exclamatory sentence structure
Exclamatory sentences usually have what, how to guide, express praise, surprise, joy, emotion and so on.
What modifies nouns, and how modifies adjectives, adverbs, or verbs:
Grasp its collocation, that is, grasp the emphasis of exclamatory sentences.
How + Adjective + A + noun + statement word order
How+ Adjective + Adverb + statement word order
What + noun + statement word order
What+a+ Adjective + noun + statement word order
What+ Adjective + plural noun + statement word order
What+ Adjective + uncountable noun + statement word order

The omission form of exclamatory sentences is:
What, a, clever, boy (he, is)!
Typical example
1) ___ food youve cooked!
A., How, a, nice, B., What, a, nice, C., How,, nice, D., What, nice
Answer D. because How modifies adjectives, adverbs, and what modifies nouns. And food is an uncountable noun, so A, B exclude. C How + adj. can not be followed by nouns, so only D is correct, and its sentence pattern is What + adj., +n. (non countable)

The answer A. weather is an uncountable noun, B, D excluded. C is how + adj., followed by no noun. Only A, consistent with sentence pattern, What + Adjective + uncountable noun.

Answer A. exclamatory sentences are divided into two categories:
1:What + n.+ subject predicate part
