Our hospital is a two grade a hospital, which integrates medical care, teaching and scientific research. This approach aims to plan multi-level training and evaluation of nursing staff, to consolidate the basic knowledge, basic nursing skills and nursing level, improve nursing staffs professional knowledge and skills, language skills, communication skills, to improve the quality of nursing purpose. Through the implementation of training plan and evaluation of the implementation of the system, create a good learning atmosphere for the nursing staff, nursing staff encourage positive and consciously participate in in-service education, cultivate a high professional quality and good moral care team for the sustainable development of hospital.
