Five dimensions of teaching reflection
[Abstract] for teachers, reflection on teaching need to reflect dimensions of clear, to make the reflection behavior of more specific and operational author starting from the teaching itself, and puts forward the teaching skills, knowledge, art, philosophy, ethics and ideology of the five dimensions of reflection
Teaching reflection; reflective dimension
Reflections on the teaching of teachers is thinking critically about their teaching behavior and attitudes and forms of behavior and concept of the basis, through the review and diagnosis, self critical way. The teaching experience or affirmed and strengthened, or deny and amend the process to enhance the teaching ability. Scholars Cahill pointed out: reflection should be a continuous exploration of his own existence - a moment in which he exists, must examine and examine the existence of his existence. The true value of human life exists precisely in the critical attitude towards this human life. V.MarIen has analyzed the levels and factors of teaching reflection. He pointed out that there are three levels of teaching reflection. The first level is mainly for classroom skills and technical efficiency; the second level, mainly for classroom practice hypothesis and the result of teaching; the third level, mainly for moral and ethical as well as other directly or indirectly with the classroom teaching about the normative standard. On the basis of referring to the three levels of teaching reflection, I put forward five dimensions which are suitable for our front-line teachers to reflect on teaching.
First, the reflection of teaching knowledge dimension
Scholar Dewey made an important distinction between routine behavior and reflective behavior in the book how we think.
