The lesson from PEP history of grade seven units in the first seventh classes, the first unit is a prosperous and open society, seventh, eighth class is prosperous and open in terms of culture. Sui and Tang Dynasties were the prosperous times of China. The unification of the country and the prosperity of the economy promoted the high development of science, technology and literature, and laid the foundation for the development of ancient science and technology in the song and Yuan dynasties. Sui and Tang Dynasties represent the peak of ancient Chinese culture, so this class occupies a very important position in the study of ancient Chinese history. In the whole unit, this lesson also plays a connecting role between the preceding and the following.

Starting point: to understand students cognitive Zhaozhou Bridge and the poetry of the Tang Dynasty, teachers use curriculum resources to guide students to multi-channel, multi-level and multi angle to study, and guide students to find relevant information in the course of Zhaozhou Bridge, and woodblock printing three poets, so that students have a perceptual knowledge on the basis of these the knowledge in the classroom, and guide them to explore.
Learning disabilities: first day students tend to perceptual knowledge, and the comprehensive analysis ability of history needs to be improved. It is difficult for students to understand the deep meaning of the study of Sui and Tang dynasties. That is, the splendid culture of Sui and Tang Dynasties is created by people of all ethnic groups.
