Meanwhile, according to the above conclusions, the paper makes the following recommendations: First, the relevant legislation and implementation of the department should establish and improve a sound legal system; Second, listed companies should improve corporate governance; finally, the department of Supervision and management should further improve the information disclosure system of listed companies.
