某住宅小区项目成本管理研究
内容摘要
项目成本管理是根据企业的总体目标和项目的具体要求,在项目实施的过程
中,对项目成本进行有效的组织、实施、控制、跟踪、分析和考核等管理活动,
以达到强化经营管理,完善成本管理制度,提高成本核算水平,降低项目成本,
实现目标利润,创造良好经济效益的过程。本文结合成本管理实例,对目前项目
成本控制分析以及如何进行有效成本控制进行探讨,本案例以土建部分为主进一
步分析说明。主要为人工费、材料费、机械费、其他直接费的控制、过程控制为
主线。
