Methods: 80 cases of colorectal cancer with pathologically confirmed liver metastases were collected and randomly divided into two groups. In the treatment group, 40 patients underwent PVCE while in the control group 40 patients underwent TACE. Results: The rate of CR+PR is 82.5% in PVCE group and 55.0% in TACE group.
