Abstract Two kinds of amino acid porphyrins derivatives was synthesized in this article, one of which is Mesa-Tetra(4-nitrophenyl)porpphyrin was synthesised by cyclolization of 4-Nitrobenzaldhyde and pyrrole. Based on this synthseis, mesa-Tetra (4- amino phenyl)porphyrin and Other four novel porphyrin compounds with Valine as function group(TAPP -Leu-Boc ，TAPP-Thr-Boc ， TAPP-Leu ， TAPP-Thr) were synthesized successively; the other is TPP-NH-Ala-Ile 、 TPP-NH-Phe-Thr 、TPP-NH-Ala-Ile-Thr 、TPP-NH-Phe-Ile-Leu series end type - peptide porphyrins synthesized by TPP-NH .At the same time ，porphyrin cyclization affecting factors are 2 discussed through experimental data, so as to determine the the most sexually conditions and optimize the purification process. The article is composed of three parts: the first chapter is about the summarization of the research status of porphyrin and its derivatives, especially the introduction of its synthesis and application. In the second chapter, the synthesis of tetraamino porphyrin derivates was introduced and its optical properties were studied in detail. In the third chapter, we mainly discussed the synthesis of new type tail-style polypeptide porphyrin derivatives as well as its optical properties. 1 The target products and intermediates were characterized by H-NMR , IR, UV-vis, and elemental analysis, and their optical properties were researched.
