浅析电视对儿童社会化进程的影响论文
Abstract
With the enhancement of the people’s social level and development of society,
television has become absolutely necessarily a member of families. Compares with
the broadcasting, newspaper, magazine, network, and other mass media, television has
the special function and characteristic. It also represents a kind of attitude, theory or
culture. Because of these representatives, it has formed the TV culture. In the mean
time, “TV NURSE” expresses the favorite of kids to the TV. Kids, especially school
childhood (6-12) is a special stage in which they begin to possess of cognitive ability,
thinking ability and distinctive ability and the individuality and the social personality
also have new development. During this time, the socialization of kids is especially
important, since kids are so pure like a piece of blank paper that they can completely
accept the social value system and behavior regulation. Through learning the tradition,
culture, moral and behavior model, they can prolong the regulation and value the
recognized by society, and give the society continuity and validity. TV as one of the
socialization tools, it has substantially far-reaching influence for the socialization of
kids.
Television exerts the positive influence on the children socialization. In the aspect
of knowledge learning, kids can learn basic life skills, common knowledge, and the
science in scope of children cognitive through watching TV. In the aspect of moral
forming, they can learn the traditional social ethic by watching cartoon, TV play, and
public service advertising, and then gradually refine and enforce this kind of ethic and
sense of worth to get used to surviving in the future. In the aspect of social behavior
learning, while watching TV, kids would like to empathize with program content. It
will cause the prosocial behavior to help them to be good a
