摘 要 股票市场作为金融市场的重要组成部分，其运行状态直接关系到金融行业能否健 康发展，保证股票市场正常规范的运行对我国金融业的发展甚至整个国民经济的发展 都有着重要作用，同时这也是我国政府机构一直在努力追寻的目标。但是，在我国的 股票市场上信息不对称现象始终存在，股票市场交易中出现的很多问题诸如道德风险、 逆向选择、内幕交易等都跟信息不对称存在着千丝万缕的关系，也因此使得股票市场 不能依靠自身的调节机制来实现资源的优化配置，也就没有发挥其作为资源配置的主 要场所本应该具有的功效。 基于信息对市场交易活动的重要性，我们对我国股票市场上存在的严重信息不对 称问题加以关注与研究，分析出导致这种情况发生的种种原因。其中比较突出的原因 可以归类为：政企不分，权责不明；公司内部结构混乱，毫无规则可言；经济大环境 的不规范；政府监管不到位等。这些问题的存在加剧了我国股票市场的信息不对称程 度，于是我们急需提出一些适当的对策来改善。像加强股票市场的信息披露、加快上 市公司的结构与制度改革、完善我国的股票市场体系、加强市场监管等措施，都是针 对这些问题而提出的有效方案，继而减弱我国股票市场的严重信息不对称现象。 在股票市场信息不对称现象的研究中，我们提出了最为直接有效的治理方法是市 场监管。因此，找到一种适合我国现状的有效金融监管方式是必要的，即在现有公告 监管及规范监管的基础上，逐步趋向于更为严格的实体监管形式，以此来促进信息不 对称问题的改善，最终保障我国金融市场的稳定健康发展。 关键词：信息不对称，股票市场，金融监管 I ABSTRACT The stock market is an important part of financial market, its running status is directly related to the financial industry healthy development, which plays an important role in the development of the stock market normal operation the development of Chinas financial industry, and even the whole national economy, at the same time, this also is the government of our country has been trying to pursue the goal of.
